The optional RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system for STABILOC consists of a handheld reader, and software to program STABILOC RFID microchip embedded access caps.

With this exclusive RFID system, an operator has the means to monitor activities of maintenance staff, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with leadership objectives.

The strong, UV inhibited, tamper evident plastic cap locks into the STABILOC body, protecting the recessed STABILOC bolt. This protective cap is designed to keep foreign matter out of the STABILOC lock body.

To remove the access cap, it must be destroyed.

The STABILOC embedded microchip links to a handheld information storage device which informs users and technicians of important underground details. These optional RFID read/write access caps record date, servicing employee number, and site-specific information. Supervisory personnel may elect to populate data into these chips for later referral and execution.
